Error with Orange box

What versions of WordPress and Contact Form 7 do you use? What happens if you deactivate cache plugins?

I have wp 3.5.1 and CF7 3.3.3. Nothing changes when I remove the cache plugin. I still cannot send forms.

OK. How have you set up the form? Do you use Akismet?

Yes and I added in the akismet:author tags per the support docs

So, Akismet is working. OK. Then try submitting from another computer.

still didnt work. I am using a shape5 theme/framework. Any issues that you know of there?

Try switching theme to the default one just in case. If possible, deactivate all other plugins than Contact Form 7 and Akismet. Also, have you tried submiting from another location (network)?
