    Hi there,

I can’t access my website today because of “a fatal error”, including the admin page. After looking at the error_log file, I found out that the error seems to be coming from Litespeed Cache’s object-cache feature, so I decided to rename the litespeed-cache folder in public_html/wp-content/plugins and I can access my website normally.

Recently, I enabled Object Cache with Redis in Litespeed Cache.

The error_log file generates thousands of lines of similar errors (I have copied a snippet from the link below) making it tens of MB in size.

Currently, I am not able to send you the report number because when I rename the litespeed-cache folder, I cannot access my website nor disable the Object Cache feature. What I have to do?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
