    This website was moved to a different server and then the form created using the Ninja Forms plug-in stopped working. The site was on a CloudLinux6.8 server and now it’s on Centos7.8.

    This is the error the form produces:

    The server encountered an error during processing.
    Call to undefined method NF_Abstracts_ModelFactory::get_settings()

    I just updated WordPress and PHP and Ninja Forms, but now there are many errors on the site. The form would not load at all (a graphic would just spin around and around) and there were issues with the theme header.php. I had to revert the entire site back to where it was prior to all the updates.

    I’m back to where I started with the form not submitting.

    The form is using Ninja Forms Version 3.3.4 and also Ninja Forms – Conditional Logic Version 3.0.28.

  • Hi, I’m not linked with Ninja Forms, I’m just a user. But I just wanted to point out to you that the link you supplied is not showing any errors, just a 404 message (the page does not exist).
