Error with my woocommerce.com account

    Hi,

    I’m not able to open a ticket on woocommerce.com website, you don’t give me chat support and no phone support so I have to put this here…

    I have a business wordpress.com account linked to a woocommerce.com account but on woocommerce it appears a picture of one of my workers and his personal email.

    We’ve never used his personal mail for register our woocommerce.com account, and now, we can’t delete his mail and his photo from our account.

    Another way, we have a purchase which costs 99$ anually and we have received an email saying that your going to charge us the costs on our credit card, if we make click on the button at the e-mail which says: my account we go to the woocommerce.com account where are the info of the business but the personal mail and the picture of one of my workers, and on this account we don’t have any purchase and we can’t find the account we’re the purchase has been done.

    We need urgent help and is so bad by your wait not to give any support contact for this thinks.

    From what I understand, you are unable to access your WooCommerce.com account and there are some issues with this account as well, right?

    Can you please send us an email to [email protected] from the email that is associated with your WooCommerce.com account? Please mention the following details in your email:

    * Link to this thread (So that you don’t have to type all of this again). Also, please feel free to ask more questions.

    * Your WordPress.com account email and username.

    We’ll help you get this sorted.

    Please don’t mention any of the details here in forums such as your email address, username, etc.
