Error with my First Photo Upload

I am using WP via aphotofolio.com and I tried to upload
a photo and got the following error.

“Abstract-Art-Colorful-Spring-in-Paris-Laria-Saunders.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
The uploaded file could not be moved to /var/www/vhosts/lariasaunders.com/httpdocs/blog/wp-content/uploads.

I changed the permissions in Filezilla but still no luck.
