[NSFW] Error with multi-currency after installing Discount Rules Plugin

We get the following error when checking why customers in different countries reported their local currency isn’t showing up:

Error – Unable to fetch automatic rate for this currency

All of the currencies show a 1.00 to 1.00 conversion which is of course wrong.
