Error With Key

    A plugin I’m using, “Checkout Files Upload for WooCommerce” thinks I need to enter a key even though I purchased it direct from WP Wham and they key does not work with the WPFactory Helper plugin. The plugin appears to have blocked me from updating Checkout Files until I have a key in in the WPFactory helper plugin, but I don’t have one to add. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    Hi @smhcis,

    We’ve just made some changes from our (i.e., server) side – could you please go to “Settings > WPFactory” and click on the “Update item list manually” button – the “Checkout Files Upload for WooCommerce” plugin should be removed from the list.

    The plugin removed from the list and the error message has disappeared from the plugin page. Thank you!
