Error with "install.php"

i put the information and when i click on “Install WordPress” I get message like on picture in my first post

no i don`t

Is it a fresh installation with no posts?

yes, I delete all files, download wordpress and upload again but same problem

but look what i have nao when a go on Install wordpress:

when i put that code i get message with two option
“repair datebase” and
“repaid and optimize datebase” i go on option 2 and get this
