Error with icon for disabling page title

  • I have a strange error on a dev site in admin. I tried deactivating all plugins with no difference. The image icon for enabling/disabling page title is enlarged and has moved from the left of the heading to underneath it.

    What could cause this?

    I’m having the same issue. I’ve cleared cookies & cache, used an incognito window with all Chrome extensions disabled. I tried Firefox, and it’s the same. Haven’t found a solution yet.
