Error with Groups

  • I’m trying to create a new list with the Group By set to Year Month and I get:

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘id’ in /usr/home/firestream/public_html/mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/w4-post-list/admin/class-admin-lists-table-columns.php on line 90

    I’m running Version 2.3.6 of the plugin.

    Can you please provide specific step to reproduce this ? I wasn’t able to product it.

    Could it be a conflict with other plugin/theme ?

    I was able to track it down. I disabled all plugins and I still got the error. The site was running PHP 7.4.6. I changed it back to PHP 7.3.18 and the problem disappeared.

    So it is a problem with PHP 7.4. To reproduce it, create a new list and click anything in the Posts section. Editing an existing list also causes it.
