• If I left “Height” blank in setting->Maximum Picture Size, I will get some errors with GIFs. The plugin will save one of the frames, not the whole GIF file. Not a big deal though, just fill a big number, like 1200, will fix it.

BTW, is there any chance we could have a “Save Remote Images” button on admin bar, or something like that(float button, insert button somewhere in the post, etc)? So we can see what happened in the front end. Hope this make sense.

Copy, Sorry, this plugin don’t support animated gif.

You can select the manual mode of settings, then you’ll see a ‘save remote images’ button on top of editor.

For GIFs, this plugin works well on manual mode, I just need to remember that it’s not a good idea to leave the “Height” option blank.

For button, what I meant was a front-end button, something like this, or something like this, for admin only of course. not the button on the media bar of the editor.
    Sorry for any confusion.

For GIFs, Ok, i get it. thanks for report.

For button, i don’t get the point. when you click this button, you only can see a success notification. because each website front-end page are different. i’m unable to instantly change the content.
