    We are getting an error message about the payment failed on screen, but when we check the First Data system, the payment processed.

    Any ideas??

  • Well yeah, the error message contains:
    ”exact_message”:”Transaction Normal”
    ”bank_resp_code”:”100″
    ”bank_message”:”Approved”
    indicating that the purchase is okay – so you need to look at the gateway code and see *why* the gateway is interpreting this response as an error.

    Starfish I am having the same problem with it processing the payment but giving me an error. Did you ever figure out how to fix this?
