Error with Facebook Send button

We are using ur getsocial Plugin in our site Graphs.net in some posts its showing an error “The page at (Page URL) could not be reached.” While using the facebook send button. for example in the following link we are unable to use the facebook send button Please resolve the issue as soon as possible
