Error with extract() call

I saw somewhere a known bug with the third parameter needing to be ‘body’ instead of ‘message’, but that did not seem to have any impact. According the error message it has to do with the 1st parameter in extract(), which I believe is expected to be an array for the ‘To:’.
How can I fix this?
