Error with displaying reviews in WooCommerce Admin

    Hello,

    Every time when I try to open product reviews in Woo admin panel, I get an error: “There was an error getting your reviews. Please try again.”

    I checked console and found two errors there:

    “Error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () /wp-json/wc-analytics/products/reviews?_embed=1&page=1&per_page=1&status=approved&_locale=user:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()”

    “Error: GET https://www.lugaro.com/wp-json/wc-analytics/products/reviews?_embed=1&page=1&per_page=1&status=approved&_locale=user 500”

    Can you please tell me what possibly can I do to finally open reviews from Woo admin panel?

  • Hi @karawaggio. There should be more information about what caused these errors in WooCommerce > Status > Logs in your dashboard. If you go to that page and open the dropdown, do you see any logs with “fatal-errors” in the name? If so, what errors do you see there? Feel free to copy them into something like Pastebin and post the link, or post them directly into a post if they are not too long.

    I have same issue. I checked log but there was nothing there
