Error with discount codes

    We have been testing a coupon code on our website but experiencing a problem where this seems to clash with PayPal express.

    Please see attached – I’ve tried paying with PayPal express without applying the coupon code (thankyou31 – takes 10% off 2 orders of tyre consumables per customer) and it works fine. Going through to standard checkout and paying with PayPal works too.

    But, with PayPal Express, the coupon code gives the error message as shown in the PDF screenshots.

    Any ideas how we can fix this, please?
