Error With Cropping Pictures

Hey guys,

I feel as though this is a simple fix but I’ve been working on it for hours. Here is what the pages are supposed to look like.

Instead, the images come out like this:

When I upload the 450 x 450 featured image, the head gets cropped off. I don’t know how to retain the orginal image and not have it revert to the image where it crops off the head. Please help!
