    Hi @pipoulito

This could be due to rounding settings. During calculations, WooCommerce rounds off values to the nearest decimal, which may result in minor differences.

However, to accurately diagnose the issue, I would need more information, such as the exact discount settings and the product details. Could you please provide these for further investigation?

For better assistance, can you provide a video showing the issue on your end? For video, you may use https://loom.com or https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/. Please follow the instructions on that page and then paste the URL into this thread.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hi,

I undestand the rounding issue but how is it possible to have two different rounding calculations for the same price ? As yo can see for the sema product price 25,12€ the same coupon displays different calculations. What can i show you more that the previous attachment ?

    thanks

    Hey, @pipoulito!

Can you please share screenshots of how you set up the taxes and the coupon so we can try to replicate this on our end?

    We need screenshots of:

    • WooCommerce > Settings > Taxes
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Taxes > Standard Rates
    • If you have reduced rates and zero rates, please also share those
    • The coupon settings
    • Also please share a screenshot of the product price/tax set up

If we know exactly how this product is set up we can set it up on our end and check if we are able to replicate the issue.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

Hi ?? We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
