Error with contact form

Hi

Am attempting to create a multi-step contact for along with other contact form 7 related plugins (will post system info)

But when trying to get to the next step am getting the following error:
“One or more fields have an error. Please check and try again.”

I believe i have it configured correctly and dont know what else to do

Can someone assist me?
