    Hello Sestra!

I hope you are doing well today!

Would you please make sure that the same happens when all the other plugins are deactivated?

    – Deactivate all plugins, leave only the CoursePress active

If you don’t have access to admin panel, please access the WordPress files via FTP client or using File Manager. Navigate to wp-content/plugins. Rename the plugins file to plugins.deactivate.

Try to log in to your dashboard again. All the plugins should be deactivated by now. Rename the plugins.deactivate folder back to plugins.

    – Activate the CoursePress plugin only, and test if the front page is loading.

If it is working, activate one plugin at the time till you find the one that is conflicting with the CoursePress.

Let us know how it went!

    Cheers,
    Nastia

    Hello sestra,

Just wanted to check how everything is going as we haven’t heard from you?

Have you checked for a conflict with another plugin? There is also a faster way to check it.

Rename the current /plugins/ folder to something else. Create a new /plugins/ folder and move CoursePress plugin in there, make sure to not load the WP plugins admin. Test your site if it’s loading.

If it is, to find the plugin that is causing this, move them into the new /plugins/ folder one by one or in groups to test when the issue occurs again .

Based on your first thread, I realise that you are getting a timeout error, but can you confirm the exact error you are seeing, please.

If this is not a conflict with another plugin, would you please post here a link to your site so I could test this issue?

    Please advise.

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
