    Hey guys, could you please assist me? Got an error while trying to do a backup. Below you can see the full error log.

    My apologies for delayed reply.

    Error you received may be caused by binary broken file or simply when you don’t have enough space for the backup – some hosting providers shows invalid valid of free space, forcing our plugin to run while in reality it can’t finish.

    Firstly, update the plugin to v1.2.2, then follow steps below.

    Please open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
    Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”
    Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e

    Once you do that, please follow these steps:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Modify query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 100)
    5. Save “Other options” section
    6. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    When you do that, try to run your backup once again.
