    Hello @aliferis,

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

We are not seeing this error currently being reported very often, so we don’t think this is related to any of our last release. However, it could be that another plugin you are using might be causing an issue with our plugin, so I would advise you to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists. Here’s a guide that explains the steps in more detail: How to test for conflicts.

If that does not show you any possible cause for this issue, we would like to have a look at your system report and the logs related to these failures (be sure to activate logging in our plugin). If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well).

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Thanks Joost.

For future reference, we think we found the cause of the issue and it wasn’t the plugin. This was a DNS proxy / cache issue caused by Cloudflare.

Be careful switching to Cloudflare DNS management for e-commerce. My issues went away when I bypassed Cloudflare proxies and cache and just used them for basic DNS management

    Hello @aliferis,

thank you very much for letting us know. I have added it to our internal knowledge base so we can easily advise merchants when/if they encounter this issue. However, I am not sure if there are not more possible causes for this issue, but I will now be able to give this as an example. I would not be surprised if there are more DNS management tools that can cause the same.

Thanks again for your support in this matter, it is very much appreciated!

    Kind regards,
    Joost
