Error with an order: products do not appear

Hi,
A client made an order with an IPad on our website.
The order and the payment with PayPal went through but there is a problem: the content of the order does not appear in the WooCommerce order (and it does not appear neither in the confirmation email) (you cannot see the articles, only the total paid).In the order notes, I see that there was an error:
“Erreur lors de l’enregistrement de la commande. Event with code 9035 has not be registered.”
The translation in English is something like “Error when registering the order. Event with code 9035 has not be registered.”We had other orders in the meantime and there were no problems with those other orders, only with this one.
What is this problem?
Why does it happen?
