    Hi,

A client made an order with an IPad on our website.
The order and the payment with PayPal went through but there is a problem: the content of the order does not appear in the WooCommerce order (and it does not appear neither in the confirmation email) (you cannot see the articles, only the total paid).

In the order notes, I see that there was an error:
“Erreur lors de l’enregistrement de la commande. Event with code 9035 has not be registered.”
The translation in English is something like “Error when registering the order. Event with code 9035 has not be registered.”

We had other orders in the meantime and there were no problems with those other orders, only with this one.

    What is this problem?
    Why does it happen?
    And how to solve it?

Thank you very much in advance for your quick help.

    Hi @fotske

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi @amandasjackson

Your answer does not help me because I cannot reproduce the issue.

When I place a test order (even without switching to Storefront and without disabling all plugins except WooCoommerce) I don’t have the error and the test order is normal.
So I can’t reproduce the error myself.

However, today I had another order from another customer (which is also a recurring customer) with the same issue (I can’t see the content of the order).

Could you please help me fixing this problem ASAP?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

    Hi @fotske

Not being able to replicate the problem will make things difficult. Inconsistencies are typically caused by aggressive caching, a spotty web host, or a code conflict between plugins or the theme – especially if the active theme has template overrides applied to change the default functionality of WooCommerce.

Does the active theme have templates applied? You can share the status report from WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and we can help point out any environment concerns.

    Hi,

    I found it.
The error was due to the WP Activuty Log plugin.
The problem is fixed in the latest version of the plugin.
