Your website is painfully slow when trying to submit a ticket. Just thought you should know. It’s so slow it’s to the point where if there was a better plugin, I would switch. Each time I’ve had to submit a ticket on your website it’s been painful and very cumbersome.

I am connecting to you using a 100 Mbps cable internet connection. So the problem is not on my side.

Wow that indeed sounds like a pain. We’ve noticed some performance issues on our site lately but I didn’t know it was that bad. We’ll look into it and take the necessary actions.
