Error while uploading images

also with version 4.4.1 the link bellow has the image of the error but it says basically this:
name_of_image.jpg
Missing a temporary folder.https://kzstudio.brinkster.net/Error_wordpress.png
And there is not temporary folder anywhere in the wordpress zip when you download it.
