Error while updating

    Cannot update the plugin due to the following error:

    An error occurred while updating Connections Business Directory: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘/tmp/connections-AqAV18.tmp’

    Also, it is not allowing to make changes on existing directory. The changes doesn’t save and reflect.

    After doing a web search on the error it seems the two most like reasons for this are:

    1. You’re out of disk space allocated to the web host account. You’ll have to contact the web host support team to correct.
    2. The web host has the site hosted on a Windows-based server. It seems the solution is to change the WP temp file folder location. Here’s a link to some step I found to change the location:
