    I hope you are doing good today.

    I imported your form to my lab site and I test it multiple times filling all required fields, even those hidden, and I could not replicate any of those issues.

    I have also made a test on your live site and I cannot see such error. Are you able to disable temporary ReCaptcha or review ReCaptcha settings and see if this helps?

    Hi Kris, can you please visit the form I have posted and submit the form then you might see the same error.
    As you said, if you have submitted, Then you should have seen the error or I should I have received the form submission. Nothing has happened.

    I’ve also tested the form, both the one on your site (no issues, please check whether you got my submission) and on my test site – also no issues here, regardless of the settings I used.

    Are you able to tell if:

    – the issue is happening when some specific fields are being selected/filled in or skipped in this case?
    – is the issue happening always or in some cases only?
    – have you tried in a different browser or incognito mode?
    – is the issue happening when ReCaptcha is deactivated?

    Sorry for the delayed response. I have checked it disabling the captcha (V3) and its working fine. My question now is , should I keep the captcha disabled or enable the same captcha or any other version or same version with different key?

    This morning I did a test submission, filling all the fields as always keeping captcha disabled but received these errors (Error 1) (Error 2)

    I am FED UP of using FORMINATOR now. Everyday it encounters new issues. I am feeling like I have waster lot of time researching and creating forms with this plugin.

    I’m really sorry to hear that you’re experiencing those issues!

    I’ve tried filling out the form once again and I didn’t notice any issues with it – it submitted correctly. I’ve also not noticed any related errors in the console.

    My guess here is that it may be caused by a browser extension that’s blocking something. Please check whether the same thing happens in another browser, without any extensions enabled if that’s possible.

    Hi,
    Just now, I checked the form on Mozilla (previously I was using Safari) but still I am getting this error
    Though, I received your TEST submission. I think, I got it because you did not upload any file. I think, that where the problem is hidden.

    I have few more forms on the website, like https://www.naishtika.com/its-my-talent/ where I am not facing the problem. The problem is only in this form https://naishtika.com/distribute_my_content/

    Kindly, share ur email address to share the data I am entering as a test submission. Try entering that data and file to see if it shows error on ur device too.

    I checked the reply, you had asked to make changes in LiteSpeed Cache plugin setting. After doing required changes I am still getting the errors

    What to do now? Isn’t it possible to solve this?
