Error while saving the email action

Hi, I am experiencing an error while saving the email action. Here is the error “Automator experienced a permissions (403) error. This might be caused by an expired WordPress session or a REST endpoint access issue. Automator specifically failed to do a REST call to?update. Reloading the page may fix the issue, otherwise have your host investigate why requests to?update?are returning a 403 error.”

Please advise how to resolve this.
