    Yes on both servers is Curl version 7350 installed

    Hi again.

    I was not referring to curl, but php-curl.
    For example, in a Debian server the package is named php5-curl.

    I suggest you do the following:
    1. look at apache (or whatever server your using) error log
    2. use browser developer tools. Inside network tab you should see the actual http requests being made. Verify the response. Also check Console to see if there’s any issue.

    i have found the solution.

    The hosting provider was blocking curl for security the add my public ip to the white list and problem solved.
