    im create website for covid19 plasma donor. their im using forminator plugin all is working fine but from last 2 days error occured while processing form

    if need i can share login credentials

    very helpful if someone solve my issue.

    i think its due to .htaccess file . i remove it but continuesly forminator plugin creating .htaccess file

    Hello @yogeshdoke70,

    I’m sorry to know that it did not work as intended initially. Could you navigate to your site wp-admin Dashboard-> Forminator-> Click Edit button beside the form-> Behaviour and Select the Method to Ajax and make sure you have kept Load form using AJAX and Prevent page caching on form pages ON. Save the form and check if that works. If it does not, kindly export the form from Forminator-> Forms-> Click gear icon beside the form and hit the export button.

    Upload the form export to google drive or drop box and link us to it here and we will check the same further.

    while login to wordpress. 403 forbidden error came . so cant do anything.

    Never share the WordPress credentials here, it is a public forum.

    This means the server is blocking something.

    I suggest contacting the hosting support to find more, however, feel free to ping us once hearing from the support and getting access on WordPress.
