If items failed due to errors, those errors will be listed within the logs under?WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Kindly share the logs with us here, by pasting their content at a service like our https://quickforget.com/, and then sharing the resulting link here.
Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the error message/screen, so that we can see what you are describing?
