Error while migrating

  • Hi,
    I am trying to migrate my site using Migrate Guru. After providing the necessary details I am seeing the following error message “Something went wrong. Please contact us or try again later.” Can you please help?

  • Sorry no answer. Have you checked the credentials and do you use ftps?

    I have the same problem. First time it was the FTP that was not on ftps.
    Now for me on the site I am working on now it is not working either. Hope someone can help
