Have you tried all of the troubleshooting steps, especially if they match the error messages/behavior you’re seeing, on the following page and ensured you’ve already followed the video guide’s method of obtaining the key?: https://www.wordfence.com/help/api-key/#installing-your-free-license-key
Sometimes our IPs need to be added to firewalls or CDNs such as Cloudflare to allow communications back and forth between our servers and your site: https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/#servers-and-ip-range
There’s no limit to how many license keys a single email address can obtain so you’re absolutely free to try generating as many as you need to run tests.
