    Hi Naveen1,

Sorry that you ran into issues here!

Sounds like you have a file permission issue.

Can you use FTP or SCP and go to wp-content/plugins and then delete the entire business-directory-plugin directory and then try to reinstall?

If you see the same error again, go to wp-content/plugins/business-directory-plugin/languages/ and see what the permissions are. They should be writeable for the current user (usually you). If they are not, you’ll need to change that to allow the install to complete.

Your web hosting company should have some kind of access to the file system–whether its through cPanel, FTP, SCP, or SSH it doesn’t really matter. But they can tell you how to get to your file system. You need that access to clean things up and start over.

Contact them to get started with that.
