Error while creating feed

  • Hi!

    Lovely plugin, used it multiple times but on a recent website I’m getting an error when I try to create a Google Shopping feed.
    Tried it with disabling all the plugins except this one and WooCommerce, used a standard theme and tried the last 3 versions of your plugin. All without succes. Any idea what I could do? Thanks in advance!

  • Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. The get_woocommerce_currency() is a normal WooCommerce function so it definitely should be recognized, unless you have, for example, disabled WooCommerce itself or did not set a currency in WooCommerce itself yet?

    Thanks for quick reply.
    WooCommerce is enabled and the standard currency is set to euro. Shop is already receiving orders so WooCommerce setup should be fine.

    Are you on a really old version of WooCommerce?

    Running WooCommerce on version 8.1.0

    In the meantime, I updated PHP from 7.4.33 to 8.0.30 but it is still happening.

    I am afraid there is not so much we can do about this. The function get_woocommerce_currency()?is a native WooCommerce function that should be there when you installed WooCommerce. Would it be an option for you to re-install WooCommerce to see if that solves the issue at hand?

    Hi

    Figured it out. Reinstalled wordpress & woocommerce, after that I got no more error but a white screen. Upgraded host with more memory and changed the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT in wp_config and it’s working now.
