    Hi,

    There could be conflict between UpdraftPlus and other plugins you are using. Can you try to temporarily deactivate the other plugins and run a new backup? Do you still get the same problem?

    If yes, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
    This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
