    Hello!

A few questions to help narrow down the problem:

    * What browser and OS are you using? Have you tried using a different browser?

    * Do you have an example document?

    * Could you try converting a simple document that just has one paragraph of text in?

    * Where does the error appear? Does the JavaScript console give a stack trace or any further errors?

    Chrome with W8.1
I have a document I have opened no problems. I changed permissions to allow etc.
It is a docx with images. The only thing that looks weird in the raw html is the picture reference says /path to pictures/ I’m not sure if that is correct although I can see the images in word and in the bottom preview.
Not sure where to see java errors

Thanks for the answers. Are you saying that converting a new document with just one paragraph of text in worked? If so, then if you could provide an example document, that would let me investigate a little more.

In Chrome, JavaScript errors can be viewed by hitting F12 and hitting the “Console” tab.

I did make and try a single line of text in docx and it worked fine.

I have all plugins disabled except mammoth.

How can I get the document to you?

If you use something like Dropbox, you can upload the file there and share it with me. Otherwise, you can drop me an e-mail at hello (at) zwobble (dot) org.

I sent the file to zwobble for you to try.

Thanks. I tried the file out myself and it seems to work fine. Is it just files with images that are failing?

Did you manage to find out if there were any JavaScript errors?

I sent you an console error log

To answer your previous question, no nothing transfers to the editor.

Thanks for the error log. It shows a few errors that seem to be unrelated to Mammoth. If you disable Mammoth, do you still get those errors? If so, I’d suggest fixing those errors first, since they may be also be affecting Mammoth.

I switched theme to another genesis one and there were absolutely no errors until I clicked the Mammoth button to send to editor. Then I got the same http 500 error and error messages everything below as in first screen shot. So based on this it doesn’t have anything to do with my theme and plugins were all disabled. Something to do with mammoth and the server.

Can you get a stack trace of the 500 error?

    Any solution to this problem?

Without a stack trace of the 500 error, I can’t really narrow down the problem. I assume uploading images normally in the editor works?

Where can I get the trace stack for this problem???
