Error while activating plugin

    I get this fatal error after activating this plugin:
    “Fatal error: Uncaught Migrate.php(259) : WpTesting_Migration_AddQuestionsTable – Error executing ‘query’ with: DROP TABLE IF EXISTS wp_t_questions Reason: Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails thrown in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-testing/vendor/ruckusing/ruckusing-migrations/lib/Task/Db/Migrate.php on line 259″

    I saw another person post an error similar to this, but it didn’t help.
