    Hi @madhurirahod,

Thank you for using Otter and for reaching out!

The error you’re encountering suggests that the ftp_nlist() function is being called with a null value instead of a valid FTP connection. This typically means that the FTP connection has not been properly established before attempting to perform operations on it.

You should consider contacting your hosting provider to address this issue, as the Otter Blocks plugin does not generate it.

Let us know how it goes!

    Best regards,

    Andreea

    Hey @madhurirahod,

The last version of WordPress works well with Otter Blocks, so this shouldn’t be a problem. As I previously mentioned, the issue was not replicable on my end. Additionally, we didn’t receive any other similar reports.

Have you discussed this with your hosting provider yet?
