Error when using quick edit

If multiple posts are edited to change category, for example, in the quick edit screen it results in the error “no publication ID specified 2013.”

I checked the code and there isn’t anything that prevents the save_post action from running when updating via quick edit. I’m not sure if it should be running that action at that point. IMO it probably shouldn’t.

Alternatively it shouldn’t throw the error when using a core WP feature like that.
