error when using plugin

    Hi there, i just installed the plugin. But i can’t even use it. When i go to the plugin area to try and export orders, it just says the below error:

    An unknown error has occurred! Refer to our troubleshooting guide for assistance.

    Am I missing something in the setup?

    Hi @ahadimul,

    Can you please try exporting the orders in batches instead of a one-time export using the Advanced export method and then use the Total number of orders to export and Skip first n orders option and try exporting. Also please try increasing the memory limit and timeout value on your site.

    If the issue still persists please share the fatal error log(Woocommerce>status>logs>fatal-error)
