Error when uploading audio

    Hi all,
    I’m having some issue with uploading an audio file to my 2.7 WordPress test.

    I have created a directory under wp/content/uploads.

    When adding a new post and selecting audio, I identify the location of the MP3 on my local drive and receive the following error:

    “Unable to create directory /home/a3529301/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2009/02. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

    Any thoughts?
