Error when upgrading to version 2.3

  • I have just upgraded to version 2.3, but have this error which I cannot resolve. The error is:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: update_post_category_cache() in /home/sites/letterfromwales.com/public_html/blog/wp-includes/category-template.php on line 70
    ——————

    Please please help me. This is driving me nuts

    Please will someone help me. I done a backup in an .sql type and I do not know what to do with this.
