Error when updating pro plugin

    I am getting the following error message when I try to update the Really Simple SSL Pro plugin. We currently have Version 8.2.4 installed.

    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I’ll mark this thread as resolved due to what my colleague mentioned above, although it seems likely that the file you’re uploading to WordPress is not a “.zip” file based on the provided error message (or the archive was somehow corrupted / incompletely downloaded).
