Error when update plugin in WordPress

I received the update notice for this plugin and when I updated it, the WordPress stopped working: I could not continue in its administration, I could not visualize the site either. I asked my hosting provider to rename the plugin folder. Of course, I will reinstall the previous version but notice if anyone has the same problem.
