Error when type message on Mobile

    Your plugin is really excellent, Thank you so much

    but I have a little bit problem when I submit message on mobile

    After I type name and Message, it’s not show on message box

    but it’s show ….

    WP Plugin SAC : Name and comment required, please complete all require fields and try again.

    I’m sure that I fill both name and content

    Please suggest the problem solution

    I’m not seeing it on my android phone.. which mobile device are you using?

    I don’t have an iPhone, but I just tested your chat page on Chrome Android and it works fine. Maybe there is a specific browser?

    First I got this error message, too. Then I realized, that I switched the chat to another page without changing the setting “Chat URL” under “Targeted loading”. After pasting the correct URL and cleaning the cache the chat worked. I tested it from my mobile device and from my laptop computer with three different browser.

    That is great news, I didn’t think of checking the “Targeted Loading” option. Thank you for letting me know, I will keep it in mind in case this happens again. Cheers.
