Error when trying to post to twitter

  • When I try to post to twitter I’m getting the following error message:

    connect() timed out! Your server time: Wednesday, 05-Jun-13 06:27:28 UTC.
    Twitter’s server time: There was an error querying Twitter’s servers.

    UTC time is 2013-06-05 6:31:24 Local time is 2013-06-05 7:31:24

    Any help is appreciated, I have spoken to my host but they didn’t really help.
