I operate a multi vendor marketplace, and I am using WordPress with WooCommerce, and WCFM Marketplace, and WooCommerce – ShipStation Integration
plugins. I am able to connect my own store authentication key.
But when I test the connection with one of my vendor stores, I get an error on the Shipstation site:

    “ Store Configuration
{“Message”:”Unable to connect to the marketplace! Error: Invalid XML. Error: ‘Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.’ We received: ‘{\”success\”:false,\”data\”:\”Invalid authentication key\”}’”}”

The authentication key I am trying to use is: MARKETPLACESS-d3853695b797974….. and the store URL I am using mydomain.com/store/store-name

Is the WooCommerce – ShipStation plugin generating this MARKETPLACESS authentication key? Should this work plugin with a multi-vendor store?

    Thanks.

    Hi @shomee ,

The ShipStation integration only allows for a single connection per site, so connections to multiple vendor ShipStation sites wouldn’t be directly supported.

That being said, WCFM Marketplace may have some tricks to integrate ShipStation in this way. It might be worth checking with them, as well.
