Error when trying to attach comment image size > 66kb

The following error is encountered when trying to attach comment image size > 66kb.

Wordpress Plugins: All other plugins de-activated except Comment Images Reloaded (Version 2.2.1)

Web Hosting Provider support mention that all php upload limit is set correctly at 20MB, issue is with the Comment Images Reloaded plugin.

Appreciate your assistance on how to resolve.
