Error when trying to add themes

  • Hello! I’m trying to add new themes to my wordpress blogs (I have two) and both of them come up with this error:

    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration

    Any ideas why this might be happening?

  • Hey, annie86, you can examine the debug logs to diagnose the problem.

    If you attempt to download plugin updates, does this issue still occur too?

    I would recommend temporarily deactivating plugins and/or switching your theme to one of the default Twenty themes to see if this fixes the problem. You can do this using the Health Check plugin.

    Thank you! There aren’t any plugin updates. I’ve tried deactivating plugins and switching the theme to the Twenty Twenty-Two one, but I’m still getting the same error when I try to add more themes.

    Hey, annie86, do you have access to your server debug logs? If you do, you should be able to see what generated the error.

    i’m facing issues on my website https://luluboxpro.org/ while trying to add theme.

    I m facing the same issue on my MangaGo WordPress Site.
